If you are ever shot dead I’ll have to remember to let the court know that you would have wanted the killer top go free because you weren’t wearing a bullet proof vest.
If I’m going into a gun fight, I’ll wear my bulletproof vest. If I’m in a car, I’ll wear my seatbelt.
