What the Heck is going on?
I ran to the window because he was yelling again and he flew up onto my Ranger truck and darn if there was another Hawk sitting on my truck! Two Hawks together. One Screaming! Birds are screaming everywhere.
...Finally quiet....they hopefully have flown away. Something is going on here!

Looks like your new local nesting pair think they have a rival in your window :-)
You might try doing something like back lighting it from inside to reduce/eliminate reflection. Only other thing I could think of would obstruct your view.
