Looks like your new local nesting pair think they have a rival in your window :-)
You might try doing something like back lighting it from inside to reduce/eliminate reflection. Only other thing I could think of would obstruct your view.

Now that I think about it..he's flying into the window directly over from me. He apparently sees me. Room divider it now in place.
