I do know that just because she has a clearance doesn’t mean much at this point. A clearance doesn’t mean a thing if you are not “read on” to a particular project or area. Ya can’t just waltz into a SCIF and start poking around in the system to see what you can see.
Last I heard she has not be granted access to anything since her job at the State Dept ended. She might have been granted some access during the 2016 run but would more than likely just have been briefed on what she needed to know.

I thought I saw a comment recently where is it possible that her security clearance allows her access to foreign intel that otherwise she might be able to see?

I believe they all retain access to documents they were part of back when they were actually in charge/employed. For “historical” reasons/memoirs/et al, IIRC.
