Just on the cursory inspection I made, I only saw direct connection to Rockefeller Foundation. They seemed to be about the effort of arranging for more foundation creation/spread the wealth activities.

Did not get deep enough to find the things on your list, hoosiermama.

The downside of philanthropic trusts is that they always end up pushing progressive BS regardless of the founders intent. Additionally, they become places where proggies with no ability or intention to actually create and do things can derive an income stream and not starve or end up jerking lattes for a career.
