The Jury system is broken and jurors/employers need to be more fairly compensated so they can treat jury service like a real job.
Most people just want to get the hell out and get back to work/family
Everyone involved is getting paid except them. I think they should be compensated at the same rate as a sheriff’s deputy.

I was in a criminal jury pool one time and after asking me two or three questions the defense kicked me out. I had knowledge of the medical terminology involved in the case.
