In the WikiLeaks emails, there was some sort of negative talking such as this - regarding keeping people dumbed down etc. Don’t recall it being just regarding black people though.

However, I believe there was some sort of slang talk when Obama was running against Hildebeast, regarding folks like that would have been serving us......
