I said it about 2 collaborations ago. The younger generations experience “learning” as someone in authority giving them the correct answer so they can pass a test [known as “teaching to the test”].
Boomers and X-ers are the last generations to experience learning as a critical effort, finding the answers for themselves.
On these threads, I can tell the relative age of posters by their style of learning. Those who want the “answer” are either gen-y or millenials.
