We are in the midst of a clean out here. We had our house treated for termites last year. About 5 years ago we started to see a brown recluse spider occasionally - might go a year without seeing another one. I would treat the attic and not see one for a long time - but about 2 months ago we saw a bunch of them. Don’t know if it had anything to do with the termite treatment making them move up from somewhere in the crawlspace but if you have ever been through one of those sagas it will make you want to just burn it all down. Every closet every cabinet has to be empty and furniture pulled out from the wall. So I’m trying to get rid of half of the stuff I’ve been hanging onto because great aunt so and so slept under it at one time. I’m not going to babysit “STUFF” anymore because some relative gave it to me. If everything is “special” then nothing is.
