There’s a lot to be said about the New Yorker’s big, multi-sourced expose of how New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman has abused four different women – as I have documented at length, Schneiderman is one of President Trump’s bitterest longtime antagonists and a self-styled leader of “The Resistance” – but one point that I keep thinking about is how Ronan Farrow, one of the piece’s authors and a key figure in the downfall of Harvey Weinstein, has truly found his calling as a print journalist exposing sexual abuse. What is particularly striking is the contrast with Farrow’s original, failed journalistic career as a MSNBC television personality.
Farrow, the son of Mia Farrow and (his own mother leaves doubt as to this) either Woody Allen or Frank Sinatra, initially had a too-easy path up the ladder: he got a UNICEF gig in his mother’s footsteps at 14, graduated college at 15, got a job in the Obama Administration out of law school at 22, and was on air on MSNBC at 27. He’s a smart guy, as his educational credentials (including Yale Law and a Rhodes Scholarship) attest, but came off on TV as shallow and callow, a guy who was handed things for his good looks and family name and connections.

Given that Trump knew the AG was a skunk back in 2013, its easy to imagine that Farrow was able to find them and convince the victims that Sunshine was their only protection against him.
Especially since he was the #metoo prosecutor.
I'm wondering this myself. How does an exposé like this help the New Yorker with its customer base? There has to be a backstory about how Schneiderman fell out with the Clintons and/or the Obamas, or maybe the New Yorker has decided it is no longer in the magazine's best interests to stand by the Clintons.
He may be a rare thing: A smart leftie who realizes there’s a market for journalists who dig up the truth rather than just pimping for the rat party. Imagine that!

His back story is interesting too. He had a crippling disease as a child and spent most of his youth in braces or crutches. Yet, still managed to finish a degree in his teens. Obviously very intelligent and driven. Just hoping he stays impartial and a true journalist instead of the partisan *sswipes that are out there now.
All the more reason we need to know how and why the Schneiderman story made it into print.
He’s a dead ringer for John Farrow, Mia’s father. But you can’t tell that to dumb freepers. As if all children look like their biologic fathers! Barbara Sinatra completely limited Frank’s life - old friends were alienated. My friend, Sidney Zion, could not get near him in the last few years of his life. Sad, really.
He seems to write very well too.
I think he should do a story on the cover-up they wanted.
Who wanted him to bury the story and why is a story in itself.
I have heard that Ronan went to NBC with the Weinstein story first but they declined to run with it, so he took it to the New Yorker and the rest is history.
Can’t verify this, but once again what I heard is that Ronan hates Woody Allen and believes that Allen abused his “sister” so he is on a personal crusade to out famous child abusers and sex abusers.
Ronan is playing very dangerous game with very dangerous people that don’t play games.........................

All these photos show is that the young Mia was attracted to her father and so sought out someone who vaguely resembled him. That’s all it shows. Mia and Ronan are liars.

I don’t think Ronan has ever actually claimed paternity from Sinatra. Even though Woody is a jerk, Ronan still claims him as his father...............[no wonder he’s gay]...................
I don’t think that’s true. Ronan is as dishonest as his crazy mother.
He’s gay, so he might be a ‘catcher’ instead of a ‘pitcher’................
