Well, start buying it. More and more studies are showing this. Young people are still interested in sex. They just aren’t interested in PEOPLE. Japanese scholars have been seeing this unfolding in Japan for years. Plenty of pornography, but less and less actual sex. When God formed man, and woman from man, a natural drive accompanied our anthropology. Women will always have a natural drive to support their man in return for an intimacy from his love. Some women may scar their souls, reject what God provides, pulling a pin on a grenade of arrogance and fracture their lives in rejecting that desire, but it is a very basic desire.
If there is a fear of intimacy, it is a reaction from ignoring one's past sin, i.e. missing the mark of how we have been made. The proper response is to first return to God, recognize His Plan still prevails, and He provides easily of intimacy and profound marital love.
