It’s the unmitigated ARROGANCE that he exudes while talking about EVIL plans as if they are really good that gets under my skin. Just how stupid does he think we are?

Isn't it Rush Limbaugh who often refers to him as "the haughty John Kerry?" (I personally refer to him as "John F****** Kerry," sometimes forgetting myself in polite company.)
Kerry and Obama both have a maddening amount of hubris, but I suppose it is easy to have that attitude when TPTB grant you immunity from comeuppance.
