At last, a judge who seems to have a good, clear head and is willing to consider exposing some of this b.s., at least in his incisive questioning.
Now the big question is whether the judge will have the courage of his judgment and convictions (already on display in his critical questions). The judge needs to throw out the Manafort case with a stunning, savage, detailed legal rebuke of Rosenweasel and Mueller.
Will the judge really dare to do so? Or will he quietly retreat from the insights he has already expressed? He knows that Mueller and Rosenweasel have trashed legal boundaries and are out of control. “Unfettered power” as the judge says..... It is up to THIS JUDGE to put some fetters on that power.
