The idea that ALL missing children other than 115 are NOT stranger abduction cannot be accurate.
I'm confident in saying that is is MUCH closer to 115 than it is to 800,000.

I scanned down the 12 pages trying to find out how many missing children remain missing and how many are found, either by year, accumulative, or whatever.

To me, that is the most important info.

I could not find any mention of it, albeit it I did not read every single word, I scanned every paragraph and I am a fast reader.

If that information is available or somehow hidden in the report, could you let me know?
