How did they know about nonpublic details ? or did they get lucky by asking for everything ?

On Friday, Mueller’s prosecutors disclosed that Concord’s attorneys, Eric Dubelier and Kate Seikaly, had made a slew of discovery requests demanding nonpublic details about the case and the investigation. Prosecutors also asked a judge to postpone the formal arraignment of Concord Management set for next week.

The term "nonpublic details" was infered and applied by somebody. Concord was charged with a crime. It asked for what it is entitled to, minimal accusations and offers of proof to make the crime. Some author/analyst chose the term "nonpublic details" to cover the requested evidence or statement.

IOW, Concord didn't say "show us nonpublic details" or even "show us details."

A certain minimal amount of claim of proof is necessary to support arraignment. Mueller is balking at arraignment! Too much!

I think there is stress and chaos in camp Mueller tonight. Expect mistakes.
