Maybe opsec doesn’t demand a chain of written/rewritten notes.
Set up an email/FReepmail chain of as many FReeQs as possible. First observer notifies a FReeQ who notifies 3 FReeQs who notify another group of FReeQs and all post w/in minutes of each other on all threads. Continue, changing number and specific posters each time. each time append the total list to date. Eventually names on list under an obvious heading (EX: Fleeing Sinking Ship)are posted to other uncontrolled forums and the list is viral. Private email lists are also a possibility.
Same could be done for identified destinations. Wherever there are bunkers, _someone_ local knows because they were hired to participate in the build or because it isn’t possible to hide that sort of thing. Wouldn’t ID them all, of course, but enough of the domestic ones. EU & Asia & islands are other possibilities and anyone observing could latch on to the chain. Those things have to have vents.
Too many changing individuals with the same timestamp to doxx any one person before a BOLO is viral. Maybe a few false reports slip through. Easily verified on the ground.
Look for simultaneous *family vacations*/private plane destinations that correlate with known bunkers.
Realtors have some idea of privately held locations/stores of preps. Sellers can write confidential details into contracts and I know for a fact that realtors have seen such and held them close.
People involved in plane-spotting know when unusual series of flights occur. Any unusual trucker transport would become obvious. Etc. Recruit 1st tier observers/notifiers with these criteria.
We think that staff and neighbors of sites in South America might also be helpful.
