Well, they kinda do, namely the waters of, say, Baja California, dropped from, I dunno, 40Kft, because, in theory, their flight to Gitmo was arc'ed 1500mi West due to dangerous hurricanes in the CAR/GOM, from, drat, June through November.
I think the race is on to convince them of only maybe even slighter happier futures if they cooperate *now*. Does anybody really know your whereabouts once the US Marshalls arrest you for a Gitmo vacation and tribune?
Or, they are telling some, “You’ve heard about all those airplane failures lately. Yeah, they were CAUSED by _your_ DS companions. And, you know they have no concern for ANY human life, right?”
