OK, no one else bit so I'll splain:
Some guys (not me of course) make a crude comment about an unattractive women, goes something like this (cleaned up a bit):
"The only way I'd have sex with her is if you put a bag over her head"
Two bags means double ugly!
...one bag if they're ugly...
...two if they're really ugly...
...(one for you in case hers falls off)...
...coyote means that if she's asleep on your arm in the morning...
...you chew your arm off like a trapped coyote would...
...rather than wake her...
A 2 bagger is a woman who is so ugly you put 2 bags over her head while having sex in case one falls off.
