Looks like Tester has history and one has to ask..why did the doctor bow out? Was the doctor only a prop for this to come to light?

I don’t know about the Doctor. He probably wasn’t expecting such character assassination, and maybe just didn’t want to continue with the “high tech lynching”.

I notice that he is not returning to his former role as the President’s Doctor either-wonder what’s up with that?
