Q "drops" (i.e., posts) can be read with their original formatting on various websites. Sometimes the Q drop websites come under cyber attack or stop updating. This week, I've been using the following link:

Q drops (i.e., posts) often use unfamiliar acronyms. Swordmaker maintains a list of acronym definitions to help FReepers understand Q drop text. This is a first. IDK. Guesses:

I have been told that felonies don’t strip people of their property rights. If the fraudulent holding of an office means actions taken are still valid, then perhaps he still has a *right* to the SS detail and pension.

He *owns* his records and while perhaps ‘duly constituted authority’ can view them, he may be able to keep them sealed if he so wishes.

Passports do expire and can be held. Again, of course, IDK.

Prosecution for fraud sounds possible.

Wasn’t there a recent stolen valor case where some judge ruled anyone can claim anything about their past and appropriate any form of dress or paper *proof* and there is no violation?

The care has a lot to do with location. The doctors if there are any available where we are, are really good. But our facility has trouble keeping doctors. They end up with 1500 patients each. Now I will say the place is clean. They will farm out to civilians docs.

The biggest problem is the administrators and the government workers that can't be fired. They suck, they don't care. From the janitors to the top. They just don't care at some facilities. That is what needs to be addressed.

The civilian doctors would gladly take vets, if they could ever get paid. So much paper work. We had surgery over two years ago and the VA has not paid the bill. It has been submitted 5 times and rejected. Now it will end up ruining our credit is my guess. Funny thing is the VA referred us to this surgery center. ugh!

There is no case law to determine precedence therefore any decision must be determined on constitutional grounds by the SCOTUS. The correct defendents, plaintiffs and premise must be first established .
.. thus said my father before he passed. He was first in his law school class, clerked for the federal court and before the Gore-Bush decision wrote the cases down on which it would be settled and the judges votes! He was 100% correct !

On the other hand Fraud does have precedence It would be a Rico case because he did NOT act alone. Nancy P left a paragraph out when she certified his eleigibility to state SOS and the DNC who improperly vetted him would be held accountable Just my and dad’s opinion .

You have really seen the situation as I. When Israel came back the next day after the big night of bombing to hit a missed target..the comments were..of course they had to come back and do the job they think no body else can do correctly...but lets not over look what they said about the Saudis...Americans are nuts if they think the Saudis could be a part of a special army working with others from the middle east..we know most of them will turn to ISIS instead.

From those comments it looks like the Israelis and Saudis..are their least favorite enemies. LOL Could respect possibly squeak out of this? LOL
