Brilliant, you went right to the point and I too watched his interview with Ms Kelley and she kept running into the same wall over and over even when he turned up the juice and the charm
He has far more patience than I would have, but I see his interests projecting in more of a federated way versus trying the old militaristic occupational one, in short beneficial collaboration based on market, location and culture. Far more cost effective and elastic to respond to new opportunities and threats to your market. By and large I think he more than most saw Afghanistan as a big mistake not to be repeated
I agree, he’s not likely to resort to the old invasion type ways. Russia has economic woes too. I expect him to take advantage of USA at any time he is able, any way he can, and enjoy doing it though. Course he’d do the same to Merkel etc.
However, he’s not going to be caught flat-footed. If anyone is foolish enough to start something, I’d bet money, that he has his contingency plans.
