We are promised 1 year out. A small local group got a Federal grant to build out their lines. I imagine Frontier will raise our prices over that time.
They called in Hi Speed Internet, but then they had to back off when my husband showed them the stats. What did they do? Changed it to “Internet Lite”.
Hot Spots are expensive to use.
We climb a hill or go to the 2nd floor to get decent cell service. I hope a new cell tower is in the mix, too.
I don’t really understand this stuff.
People here did class action lawsuits against Frontier, for a few years. Frontier got $ from gov to upgrade rural internet and they decided not to here, not enough “customers”.
Finally they did it under extreme pressure.
