Sword . . . you make many excellent and valid points. I too have given this alot of thought and wondered the same. My conclusion in this moment with the known information we have . . .
a. Comey is corrupt. If he really answered to a higher loyalty . . . why did he not resign his position as Director of the FBI during some of these scandals? Yes, I know . . . Arkancide etc etc. He had other choices than what he did.
b. Comey is corrupt and was flipped with a plea agreement. To buy into that argument, one has to believe Mueller and Rosenstein were also flipped into a plea agreement.
Many make the argument that Mueller/RR has been flipped. Q alludes to that in post last night. I see both sides of that argument . . . One problem I see in all these twists and turns is the winding down period. How do you explain to the masses in a year that it all was a charade?
The masses seeing how the CIA/IC/HRC/O all lied and committed treason is one thing. For the masses then being told that Comey/Mueller/RR a charade? It would be difficult for the masses to believe anything after learning SC was a charade or even a distraction. Masses have to know the SC was real now and later for all this to work.

I work with a former Naval Electronics Tech and he jokes about still being on the "75 year rule", meaning, even though he has been gone from military service for many years, there are STILL things he can't (and doesn't) talk about.

Who said that we will ever know for sure that Mueller/Rosenstein/Comey was charade ? The masses would then never believe that any prosecutions are legitimate.
My guess is that will never be confirmed to the masses if true.
