FWIW, sources Ive seen have so far interpreted that as “HRC & SA.” They started far enough back that HRC made sense, Im questioning SA.
SA has always been irritatingly ambiguous, perhaps by design.

Q explicitly explains that HE is Alice. . . and that while HRC is involved with the Bloody Wonderland, so will Q be in correcting the problem. . . which DID happen. Saudi Arabia's House of Saud was the first of the THREE problem families to fall. They've changed their policies completely 180º from where they've been, following the arrest and release of a now paupered Prince Alwaleed back in January. It is truly amazing. They're even entering a defense pact with Israel!
