Who ever said there was only 1 exodus/migration out of Africa?
We know for a fact the entire human race nearly died out, at one point pinching to maybe more more than 10,000 individuals.
The out of Africa theory only proves that all currently living humans are descendants of a common ancestry that exited Africa at a particular time... it doesn’t say Humans never left Africa prior, only that if they did, none of those lineages survived to current day.
My guess, there were likely multiple migrations out of Africa prior to the one that finally “stuck”.

That's the British model, a master-race vision called Replacement.

We don't know anything of the kind. There used to be a claim around that there was an eruption (Toba) that squeezed the human population down to 70,000 or so, so that may be what you were thinking about -- but it's been debunked.

A theory doesn't prove anything. Common ancestry is suggested by the fact that we're all very much alike at the genetic level, and even before anyone knew about such things, total strangers meeting for the first time seem to have had no problem gettin' down to it and making babies, so, common ancestry.
Your “theory” and the facts are amazingly opposed. The human race began with one man, Adam, then one woman, Eve. After many generations, God became disgusted with mankind’s lack of allegiance to Him, and he reduced the world population to eight: Noah, his wife, and their adult children and spouses. Humans have been rebuilding from there. If you want to truly study both history and science, I recommend you begin with a serious reading of the Bible, cover to cover.
Yeah that's the impression this article seems to suggest. I've never heard that one. The standard theory is that there were multiple migrations out of Africa (into southwest Asia) coinciding with the waxing and waning of the ice sheets. One time the migration stayed.
The popular theory is multiple outmigrations. Although the “current” oldest hominid fossil discoveries were in Greece and Bulgaria, ie Graecopithecus.
The first sensible comment!
What so many seem to forget is the number of times the Mediterranean has dried up, or partially dried, and the effect that might have had on migration to and from Africa. When sea levels were dropping to around 400 feet lower at the ending of the most recent Ice Age, rafting across Gibraltar or from North Africa to Sicily would have been much easier. Then there are other discoveries like Denisovans, and Flores “man” to further raise questions that there are more answers to be discovered. The eruption of Toba around 74,000 years ago really put a dent in population, as can be seen from the much fewer human finds from then until around 50,000 years ago, when more humans appear to have left remains. There was also a noticeable dip in world temperatures around that time.
This next link to ancient temperature changes has at least one chart which very clearly shows the severe drop about 74kya which lasted for nearly 10,000 years before there was a significant increase of temperatures until the final relatively steady decline to around 24,000 years ago. That low level lasted until the sudden rapid increase starting around 18kya. For those who have discovered the studies of Firestone, et al about a possible major bolide event in the Northern Hemisphere around 13kya you will note the sudden drop for about 1,000 years known as the Younger Dryas half way up the rising temperature line.
