Not sure if anyone else saw the toasts, but there were a few specific instances where Trump mentioned Liberty and Freedom and directly almost forcefully nodded to Macron.
I think Macron/France have or are in the process of being freed from DS with this visit. Now Macron will slowly change his stance on Iran over time, in my opinion.
