I thought lower levels followed the orders of their superiors. Is this the norm? To refuse an order and get away with it?
You are asking Me? Me who never was in the service? Me who practiced the art of passive resistance all my life? I have no idea. LOL
I do know that I heard during the last couple of years, that someone in the military told Obama that realistically they couldn’t give certain of his orders, because there would be mutiny or something.
Maybe some of those who have served or whose families are serving would know the answers.
