No. The EU is farther on the track of abandonment of Western Civ. than the US is. The conflict between Western Civ. and Islam is to be used to delegitimize BOTH, and erect a God-free government/law-centered social system in its place.
Religious practice will likely be tolerated as a quaint artifact - similar to national borders being tolerated, for historical purposes, "where are you from?"
