I most respect OPERATION BLESSING. CBN covers 100% of their organizational overhead so that 100% of donations reach the end user in need.

2nd I give to Samaritan's Purse--that has a relatively low overhead when compared to other such orgs.

There are a few charities that I like a lot. One is Fisher House. Another is the Semper Fi fund.

I have given to some women’s shelters and to some children’s groups, but I am holding off on that right now because of all we are learning about some of these organizations being fronts for trafficking and abuse - exactly the opposite of what you think your charity dollars are going to.
