The lawsuit. Q says preplanned.
Am I correct to think the lawsuit against POTUS was a good thing? Does this give the Trump team an opportunity to demand certain items as evidence or something like that?

In a word, "yes."
Suit is against Russia, Wikileaks, and last, the Trump campaign. Plaintiff has the burden of production of evidence and of proof to make their case. Both sides are entitled to discovery.
What I wonder about the pre-planning is did team Trump just "know" and plan to defend (good chance that is the case, DEMs sued in Watergate too), or is somebody on the DEM side pushing to expose the same filth and garbage that Trump is (also possible, see Bernie bots).
I am certainly no legal anything. But yes, in the long run it will be good. DISCOVERY will bury them!

Just heard the Campaign was sued by the Obstructionist Democrats. This can be good news in that we will now counter for the DNC Server that they refused to give to the FBI, the Debbie Wasserman Schultz Servers and Documents held by the Pakistani mystery man and Clinton Emails.
exactly - and “Q” notes that the “Q&A” from the other night was inevitably going to have a Seth Rich question (”Common Q. Counted on.”) and then the DNC responded by filing their lawsuit (”Day after. It looks like the President has a mole. One of the Dem suit filers’ must have done a good job of convincing others to jump on board. That could go back to an earlier suit if one has been filed previously.
