Considering I had no idea MK Ultra even existed, much less was testified about in Congress in the 70's and supposedly shut down, I would say I had neither belief or disbelief on the subject until just recently, thanks to Q, blessings be upon him.

When I read the testimony, I was already aware that the CIA is a bunch of lying liars. I saw the Jason Bourne movies and understand how they pretend to shut down programs, change the names of programs, or do any other number of skullduggery to keep on with their sneaky ways.

I was born at night, Greeneyes, but not last night.

So yea, when I say I'm starting to believe this MK Ultra stuff, I am commenting on the naked waffle house guy, the recent school shooting, and other bizarre incidents that involved people on the drugs and on the FBI and Law enforcement radar. People who, in a normal world, would have been at the very least, locked up for some period of time.
