What happens when you mix acid and chlorine? If you mix it with sulfuric acid, you’ll Hydrochlrous acid which also produces Chlorine gas. . . Toxic hydrochlorous acid and any excess chlorine reduce to highly toxic chlorine gas. You could wind up dead.
