Most interesting about the Savannah port.
On the local blabber radio it was reported Savannah did a gagging huge number of containers last year and seek to increase that by 50% soon. I-16 from Savannah up to Macon is being widened for increased truck traffic north up to Atlanta-Hartsfield.
Of course, they’ll have to use I-75 from Macon northward. Don’t know what the hell they’re going to do about that as I-75 is a complete and total Charlie Foxtrot right now each and every day.

Is that why they added the reversible express lanes on I-75 below Atlanta? I’m sure these “special” trucks will benefit greatly from that.
The rest of us, of course, will have to pay a toll to use them.
