Report: Molino [FL] woman shoots at husband after bringing home divorce papers

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WEAR) —
A Molino woman is accused of shooting a gun at her husband who tried to end their 8-year union.
Wendy Dennis was arrested Tuesday and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
An arrest report states she fired several shots with a 22-caliber rifle at him after her husband brought home divorce papers.
She was later arrested and being held on $10,000 bond..

I'm not sure, but I'm guessing that you don't have to pay alimony to an ex in prison for trying to murder you.
Then again, extrapolating from her mugshot alone, I'm guessing there's not a whole lot of wealth to divvy up in this relationship.

While I don’t generally agree with divorce, as I believe that broken homes and absent fathers are root of our social ills. I think, in this case, the dude had the right idea, I wonder what took him so long?
His lawyer should send her flowers for making is job much, much, easier.

Hey, I know.. I have amazing family members living in Florida.. St. Augustine. Friends used to live in Ocala. But jeez Louise.. Stories like this seem to predominately come out of Florida.. What is up with that?
