Close, but actually, that was the F-16 manufactured by General Dynamics. I know this and a bit about Jim Wright because that is where I worked during the early to mid-1980s. That was my first job as an engineer. I worked in the stealth technology group. By the way, that division is now part of Lockheed-Martin. And the F-16 is still being built but the mile-long line in Fort Worth was recently shut down and will resume in a newly-built line in South Carolina starting in 2019. Those models are only sold overseas. The USAF received their last F-16 a few years ago. Also, I don't think Wright had much to do with GD's contract. He first took office in 1977, 4 years after the F-16 program entered production.
