I think there’s a possibility someone is taking out the elites’ deeply buried, poshly decorated and furnished, safety hidey-hole bunkers, one at a time.

I don’t think the rats have been wholesale or even significantly in their DUMBs, yet. Maybe they are destroying them or the entrances to them but I’m not sure how many—there are reportedly 800 or so. Imagine that expense and stored food!
