A Fresno State professor is under fire for her tweets deriding Barbara Bush posted just an hour after the former first lady's death was announced Tuesday evening.
Randa Jarrar, who teaches in the English department, took to Twitter last night and wrote a series of tweets condemning Bush, who died at the age of 92 after a battle with lung disease and congestive heart failure.
'Barbara Bush was a generous and smart and amazing racist who, along with her husband, raised a war criminal. F*** outta here with your nice words.

She was the most authentic First Lady our country has ever had. And a role model for all citizens.
My favorite memory is when she refused to dye her hair... her way of telling the country it was OK to grow older. We were blessed to have her as long as we did...
That said, someone needs to pass a law creating a minimum IQ standard for anyone teaching at a certified college. Tax money should NEVER be supporting institutions of 'higher learning' when the teachers are as stupid as this Fresno State professor...

Someone on Fox last night told a story about Barbara Bush from shortly after her husband lost his re-election bid. She was shopping and a woman asked her if she was Barbara Bush. She replied, “No, Barbara Bush is much older.”
