Not me. I try to keep things personal and limited in scope. I get the authorities involved when it’s the only option.

I don't obviously know, but this sentence leads me to wonder if that hadn't been done without any positive results:
was cursing after employees and a man complained about the crying infant.
She just ignored the requests of the employees it sounds like.
