I'm not liking all this talk about Israeli bombing Syria and engaging Russian assets. Nothing will fire up the Arab world faster than Israeli aggression. And also risk war with Russia, possibly pulling us in?
I wonder if this alleged Israeli action is authorized by The Donald and part of the overall strategy. If so, I'm not seeing it.
I'm thinking it would be better if Israel maintained a defensive posture (saving Israel for last) until (if) everybody turns their military attention to Iran proper.

I think Israel targets Iranian assets, they’ve done this for a while, and I fully support them in doing so. Iran is totally a bad actor and the mullahs need to get toppled asap.
Saudi Arabia and Israel are allies, and S.A. also doesn’t want Iranian assets in Syria, and S.A. is the head of the Gulf CC whatever it’s called, so I think other ME countries will basically go along with S.Arabia. Other than Syria which is basically a paw of Iran.

I’m thinking the IDF has gone after the weapon storage sites of Hezbollah (Iran sponsored, manned, and built) thereby reducing the Iranian footprint in Syria to the benefit of Assad and Putin, the detriment of ISIS and all rebel forces aligned with he who shall not be named.
This lowers the threat to Israel, Assad/Putin, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq.
The bad guys sponsored by the DS are now fully exposed, supply lines severely hampered if not destroyed! Israel goes full defense mode, Assad/Putin go on the offensive to clean out the MB rebel forces of the DS and Iran.
And wala! Iran is next! MAGA! Bring home the boys, support the uprising in Iran, secure the southern border!

I read that Israel messed up the chem warfare site. I doubt that is true unless the Iranian target was in the middle of the chem attack.
I read that the US took out some missiles that were targeted at Russian positions and that these missiles were launched by a rouge ally. Trump does not want to stir up the Russian hornet’s nest more than necessary.
