I had read that on a twitter site of a Iranian I believe. I totally agree that they are weak at this moment in history with people hungry and without water. It seems that in some areas of the country farmers are rioting for lack of fertile land due to water shortage they are blaming on their government.

Apparently the government they claim is re-routing the lakes and such for their own personal use. There are pictures of many empty tractors left in the fields. Add this to their money problems and they are very vulnerable.

I also wonder if they need the water for nuclear stuff, but I have no idea how much that would require. Might not be much or might be a lot.
