111 could be a load range rating, and V would likely be a speed rating. B is also a load range rating on, say, an LT (light truck) tire.
How about a different approach - Strike Package 111V-B. What group did the pilot of the flight with the KB'ed engine serve in, when she was a Navy pilot?

Consider this, there are strike forces at Virginia Beach, and there is also a hanger 111 there - it made the news when the gate was crashed, and a man was shot.
