I have no idea what Q means. The consensus is that DEFCON means definite confirmation. After the scare, Q dropped this in the middle of a really long post:

>DEFCON 1 [non-nuke FALSE]
COMMAND?
WHY?
NECESSARY?
NO SUCH AGENCY.
Where did POTUS stop [post] ASIA?
IT WAS NECESSARY.
FOR GOD & COUNTRY.
IT WAS NECESSARY.
NO OTHER VEHICLE TO REGAIN ENTRY.
:[AGAIN] direct pre-knowledge.
:[AGAIN] warning ALERT.
Think BDT.

It does seem to me that the all caps and DEFCON are used during times when it appears that some operation has activated. However, I’m totally clueless on many of these drops. Generally I just have to wait to see what happens to figure out what Q means.

DEFCON = definite confirmation. Notice how Q presents the word when meaning defense condition 1.

Fake incoming missile alert [Defcon 1].
