True. . . I’m getting drop order mixed up. It’s only 2:37 AM in Sacramento after a long day working then spent long hours on tech support trying to find out why my big screen TV suddenly got deregistered from my Amazon Prime account and wouldn’t re-register no matter how many times we tried it. . . quit when the last episode of Season 4 of Bosch finished last night and suddenly, after years of working without a glitch, went to a screen offering me a free month trial or need to register my TV to my existing account. 20 inputs of their 20 different provided passcodes later no joy. So today I tracked down a phone number to talk to a human being (they really don’t want to talk to customers, so they hide their customer service number ). . . and still no joy. Their website says each time I’ve successfully registered but the TV never gets the message. . . nor does my account on line. Go figure.
They think there was an "upgrade" sent to my smart TV last night which made their Amazon Prime App incompatible with the TV . . . So they’re sending me a free Amazon Fire TV Stick. . . Still, it was not something I’d prefer to have been doing with my afternoon and evening. Made ME grumpy. Made me think they’re doing it deliberately. . . I’m being targeted. I was using the big screen to look at some Q YouTubes. . . and perhaps that was a mistake?
