Iirc (it’s been awhile since I read the book). Alinsky says to overwhelm the system. Take the rules and break so many they virtually dissolve.
That’s his plan and that seems to be what those at the top were doing. BReaking as many laws as they could. (Knowing the system could not possibly keep up!)
Therefore we must choose our battles and the Do J much choose wisely the best and most effective cases to pursue. We will not get all but just like with Al Capone must settle for one that can be proven in a court of law.
