- Anon is 100% correct regarding “5:5” being Five Eyes

I think the "5:5 = 5 eyes?" question was not addressed in Q's reply.

I take it as Q photo posts and this AM Trump tweet are related, not a coincidence. 25/100% is a reference to something else, maybe the size of the dvaluation.

Not going to dismiss the possibility that 5:5 = 5 eyes though. Need to check context and see if it can generally refer to a surveillance capability.
