Several weeks ago when this topic about tarmac and LL etc was raging, I seem to recall the info that some white hat at NSA during Hussein’s time had taken the relevant film/materials and misfiled them so that the Hussein people couldn’t purge them.

Recall that. It was supposedly Adm Rogers from NSA that did it.
