I was a cocktail waitress for years and I couldn’t tell you how many times 2 gals would come in, sit at one of my tables, and order waters. I’d tell them ok but the water is the same price as a drink. When they’d get bitchy about it I’d explain that no one makes any money off them drinking water and after all that’s why we’re all here.

Africans assume they can get away with behavior that others can’t. I’ve seen them park in handy-capped spaces and no parking spaces and make their cool walk right into the store.
Might be wise to have signs up saying that the seating is only for the use of customers.
Not only that, they were on their cell phones. Maybe the store manager has seen them frequently in the store on cell phones. Maybe he has examined store video and saw something he did not like. Maybe there is more to this than we know about.
