Indeed, and that makes them easy to dismiss, even if they happen to actually know something or see something. Hence a person in a mental institution who sees a murderer is not a credible witness. Even though they may be totally telling the truth.
Cooper wrote his book in 1991. Columbine kicked off the modern day mass shooting in 1999, and there’s been a lot since then. From 1949-1975 there was only 3 mass shootings.
From 1990-2017 there has been 16.
At this point, we don’t have proof one way or the other. We do have a very odd pattern of the FBI/LE dropping the ball, witnesses disputing the official narrative, and witnesses that disputed it having accidents/death.
So the jury is out as to what is happening, but there is suspicious enough happenings that it bears investigation, and an open mind as to what is actually going on. YMMV

I slogged through the online Cooper book....sorry, I already deleted the title from memory.
I went back and forced myself to watch his old videos. I struggled to keep an open mind. I think he may have hit a few targets, but I also think he was milking the schtick for every nickle.
He started off ok, segued to paranoia and grandiosity and then flew completely off the rails. He claims a lot. He offers evidence for extremely little.
Yes, there is disinfo. But, ya know, sometimes the opposition doesn’t need to interrupt someone digging their own hole. Much more efficient that way.
It’s simple: back things up with evidence. Homophones like LifeLock sounds like LifeLog or infrequent hits like Cooper predicted school shootings 20+ years ago are not evidence. They are a reach in the first instance and a lucky throw of the die in the 2nd.

It’s called the copycat effect. If the press hadn’t made a huge deal over the Columbine shooters, making them into noir celebs, perhaps the next dozen wouldn’t have happened. I don’t discount the plan for increasing psych meds among teen boys. I don’t discount the intentional destruction of the family. Maybe the statisticians can comment on 16 incidents in 27 years, but they also need to factor in media fanning the flames.
It’s tangled and complicated. Some happenstance can be taken advantage of (not wasting a good crisis). If it is all one great and successful plot, then we must be double lucky to have survived as a nation with the amount of committed patriots we still have.
I’m convinced of the conspiracy to take down the country. I don’t want the case prejudiced by inclusion of extraneous information.
Lots of chaff=a need to sift and winnow. Better to let questionable info go than to incorporate _everything_.
