If the data can be used to predict terrorist events and prevent them, it is just as possible and looking more and more likely that it could be used to predict terrorist events AND ENCOURAGE THEM.....

Ok memory like a sieve here, but weren’t we talking a few days ago about how they are developing future prediction technology/ AI based on all the minutia and data they are gathering from all of us?
They can predict, and ALSO then manipulate to get the future outcome they want.
