These little angels (Alisa 9 & Gabriel 8 ) from the Hampstead Cover Up, testified for days to the SRA abuse including sacrificing babies, beheading them, drinking their blood, and then skinning them, and wearing shoes made of baby skin. I hear their sweet voices every night as I try to go to sleep. So yes, I believe the video involving K1llarE skinning a kid's face like a filet.
It was these kinds of testimonies that killed the McMartin trial.
Is it possible that the kids in McMartin weren't lying ?

Makes trails and memories very hard to trust. There are clear falsehoods that are mixed in with bizarre truths.
